Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the items are in their original unused condition and packaging. Altered or used items will not be eligible for returns and exchanges.
The cost of return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the items are returned safely and can be tracked. We are not responsible for any return and exchange shipments that are lost, damaged, or delayed during the return and exchange process.
